Hello, everyone---Alan is being discharged from EMMC back to the Levinson
Center today. He is doing very well, and seems to be happy. The
scoliosis surgery was a very scary thing to have to have him endure, but with
the apparent success of it, it was the correct decision to have it
done. Dr. Greene said that it was miraculous that it could be corrected
by 70%. (50% was the projected correction limits).
I hope that everyone has a wonderful holiday season!! Happy New
Year!
PS---I turn the big 4-0 tomorrow, on the 1st day of winter!!!
YIKES!!!!!!!! And to think that I was a 5 lb. 33- week preemie back on
12/21/64.........
