Parcells undecided on QB for Sunday Brad Loper / DMN Vinny Testaverde has thrown 15 interceptions over his last eight games. The Cowboys' starting quarterback job is once again up in the air. Coach Bill Parcells said he would announce a decision Wednesday regarding the starter for next Sunday's game against Washington. All year long, Parcells has said 41-year-old quarterback Vinny Testaverde gives his team the best chance to win, but he stopped short of saying that Monday.
