Sorry about that. I turned 40 last year and no one did anything for me either. I'll be 41 on the 28th and it will be the same. I know how disappointing that it. My mom (who passed away a few years ago) use to always have a little party for me with cake, ice cream and presents (usually me, my mom, my gram (who also passed away) and my two brothers. It was always nice to be remembered. I haven't had a birthday party since they died. How I miss that and them.

Hey, thanks to all of you who wished me a happy 40th today!
But, today kind of sucked because no one here at home bothered to organize a party for me......it is very depressing!
I asked hubby 7 months ago to make sure I had something big, with family, friends, and food for my 40th. Guess it was too much to ask. Hugs,
