Do you know the Mexico policy on wide loads? I live near Seattle and have a
24' Hirondelle catamaran that's 10 beam. I can tow it in the U.S. with a
wide load permit but have been dreaming of towing it south and launching at
San Carlos to cruise the Sea of Cortez. I know the roads on the Baja
peninsula are much too narrow as I've driven the loop from Cabo San Lucas to
Todos Santos to La Paz and back down the east side to Cabo. The road was in
good condition but not really suitable to comfortably tow a load 10' wide.
