u want to how to deploy and run the jsp files using tomcat i am right?
first weite one jsp file and place the jsp file in tomcat in this path
suppose u use tomcat 4.0
\Apache Tomcat 4.0\webapps\ROOT
in the root folder u place the files and after u start the tomcat by either
start menu or by using
\apache tomcat 4.0 \bin\startup.bat
next open the browser and
running the applicaton
http://localhost:8080/HelloWorld.jsp
we give this url and try
