ACC asks consumers to examine phone bills 
Arizona consumers are being asked to study their phone bills, especially 
"regulatory" and other charges that appear to be government-imposed, and 
provide comment to the Arizona Corporation Commission. The agency is looking at 
whether local billing regulations are needed to clarify charges to consumers.

Cats aim to avoid letdown in Classic 
Of all the ways to describe Arizona's difficult nonconference schedule, the

Tucson may get a good soaking 
An approaching Pacific storm may give Tucson a good soaking by Wednesday and 
prevent 2004 from going down as the city's driest year since 1989. Hailing from 
the Gulf of Alaska, the strong low pressure system has been descending the West 
Coast for days and it's forecast to come inland across California today.

Teen father to prison in shaken-baby death 
A Northwest Side  man was sentenced Monday to five years in prison for the 
death of his 2-month-old daughter, who suffered from shaken-baby syndrome.

A federal judge in Florida has issued a restraining order against two Tucson 
naturopathic physicians and four local businesses at the center of an 
investigation into the botulism infections of four people in Florida.
