Jack ....thanks so much for your response .....yes there are people out there who don't take care of property .....who lack respect ...maybe I don't know ....I believe in caring for ones property ....it's called respect for yourself and others part of what keeps me trying to think on a positive level .....being raised on the streets of NYC .. and realizing you need to have and apply respect as we journey through life .....Yes I am sure a creampuff will find it's way into my life .....I shall be patience Wish you and yours the very best ...
