Hello,

I have recently created a new set of plans for converting a Sieg
Industrial built Mini-Lathe to CNC. The plans cover the mounting of
either NEMA 23 or NEMA 34 motors and a Z axis lead screw. The plans
also cover the installation of a sensor on the spindle for either
monitoring RPM or tieing spindle position to X & Z axies for
threading in CNC. The Mini-Lathe conversion plans, just like my Mini-
Mill conversion plans, provide retained use of the lathe's manual
function. Even the lathe's power feed is retained. The color plans
include part and material list, sources with part numbers, detailed
drawings, isometric exploded view assembly drawings, lots of pictures
and complete instructions. For more information please take a moment
to visit my site at:

Thank you.
