Slim-Fast shuts 2-year-old plant; last 71 jobs gone 
A deal sealed with $7 million in tax incentives officially went sour yesterday 
as Slim-Fast Foods closed its 2-year-old plant on South Rita Road. The closure 
ends the jobs of the remaining 71 employees, said plant manager Jeff Juneau.
