This situaion is much much worse than we in the USA or in London can possibly imagin. I myself have never lived through such a thing or probably most on this list have not. But as I watch CNN News and Fox News I find this to be absolutly devistating indeed and I am very pleased to hear through the news media that the world has come together (and put their political views aside) and help where they can. According to what I have seen, Phuket Island in Thailand (A resort area and once beautiful) is all but totally destroyed and so is Sri Lanka (Ceylon). I have not heard a word about the small islands of BIOT, Christmas or Cococs (Keeling).. They were somewhat in the path of this also and smaller than Phuket Island no doubt. We all should continue to pray for these people, it is a horrible and terrible thing that has happend and I heard on TV that it can happen again and rather soon as scientists are quite concerned over it. In fact, some islands etc.as reported by new media, have been mistplaced as much as 9 feet the news said and that seems impossible to me but it has happened. They also said, it has moved the axis of earth off line by 3 miliseconds and that is not good either. I do not think most of us realise how devistating this could be to the whole world if another actually took place now as they fear could happen. In all my life, I have never seen such wide and vast destruction by mother nature. Sound very biblical to me but we will not go in that direction. The idea is to keep these unfortunate people in our prayers and hope for the best, most certainly they or anyone else does not need to go through this again. Every day I watch TV the death toll goes up, it could easily hit 100.000 the tv said or more and now they fear diseases to break out. Thank you every one for your prayers and I am sure that those affected by this terrible disaster appreciate it even if they do nto know we are doing it for them.
