" Dear Dennis,

I noticed that you've posted a link to the GoogleCash eBook. Could you tell
me if GoogleCash is for real? It sounds too good to be true. Thanks for
your newsletter. I really enjoy it. "

Title: 0Spam.com -- the ultimate free anti-spam solution?, Part 2
Category: Internet
by Dennis Faas, infopackets editor
http://www.infopackets.com

Last week, I wrote about a free anti-spam solution called 0Spam.com.

Recall --

" I'm swamped this time of year, and so is my email inbox -- full of spam
(unsolicited email) offers, that is.

... I recently stumbled across a web site that offers a free, seamless
anti-spam solution: all without the need to install special, third-party
software or to configure complex mail filter rules ... The free 0Spam.com
service can be used for 1 email account and is compatible with any computer
(Linux, Mac, or Windows) ... works with POP3 email, Hotmail, Yahoo, and
Gmail accounts ... 0Spam operates silently and works by standing in-between
your email server(s) and the Internet, and scans your incoming email for
spam, nasties and viruses ... what's left is just pure, legitimate email ... "

A few days after sending out last week's newsletter, I received the
following response from Brent Hather over at 0Spam.com:

" We are very humbled by all the feedback your newsletter has generated for
0spam.com ... close to 500 of your readers have signed up for our free
service in the first 24 hours after your article was posted ... "

Gazette Reader Merlin A. writes:

" Dear Dennis,

With all the great holiday (and post-holiday) offers, I decided to upgrade
my old 10.5GB hard drive to a much larger 160GB unit. From what I
understand, I need to transfer ALL data to large drive and make it my
primary ("c") drive but don't know to go about doing this. Can you please
advise me on what I need to do? "

Gazette Reader Bill C. writes:

" Dear Dennis,

After reading your review, I downloaded and installed WinOptimizer Platinum
Suite. So far, it freed up almost 1.5 gig of space on my system. I was
impressed.

I also happened to come across another program called PowerUp XP Platinum,
and was wondering if you would consider writing a review? It looks equally
as good. Thanks in advance!

PS: I have been enjoying your newsletters for quite some time. They're
always informative and to the point. Please keep up the good work! "

CPU Speed Adjuster

Have you ever tried to play an old game, or run an old program on a modern
PC? Notice how everything runs way too fast? This program lets you slow
down your PC so that you can run all your old programs again at the speed
that you require. CPU usage can be limited to within a percentage (Go to
Tools).
