Hello,
The LSMW will decide how to load, based on the method you choose in first step like direct input, recording, BAPI or IDOCs.
If you choose direct input, it will rub that corresponding program what you mention in forst step.
If recording, it will create session. if BAPI, it will execute that BAPI and similar to IDOCs.
Selection of methods depends on the the requirement you have.
Here, you will input flat file and there is no special functionality to eliminate duplicates as per my knowledge.
