Paul, Never heard of this issue before. I installed it on SP1 and it worked fine. However, do check your MDAC and make sure it's 2.7. I don't know if this an issue with SP2 although, I don't see why it would be.

Has anyone seen this problem? When I attempt to Install Visual Basic 6.0 on my Windows XP machine, the setup program pops up a dialog that says "Setup Encountered An Error In The Registration Database" then it proceeds to setup Visual Basic 6.0 as usual and it works. I have the same problem installing the Windows CE ToolKit, but it also installs .... What's going on? Anybody have an idea ???? Yahoo! Groups Links ------------------------ Yahoo!
