Even with a "residency program" what about a quack from a school in
who-knows-where that does not have the same standards? (just to
continue the doctor analogy)

We will always have people that deem things as urgent but I agree with
Brian that people are saying things like, "Urgent - How do I launch
the IDE?"  This forum is for helping people, but some people could use
the basic help functions in the IDE to get some of the answers.  That
or a quick search through our archive or on google will tell you the
simple things.  But this list is not realtime.  Who knows even if your
email will get through or if it will be moderated into oblivion.

Yes, this is a world-wide list and people answer questions all the
time, but take a lesson from my kids that are learning to read.  Try
to sound it our yourself first and then when you get stuck, ask for
help.  Don't sit there and just keep asking for something that you
should know.
