Dave, I'm interested in weblogs and RSS, but only with regard to
how they can be harnessed to create active information workspaces for
my clients, which in turn helps reduce support burdens. Can they do
that? I also have virtual colleagues: how does a Weblog help with that
communications challenge? My clients aren't generally taking the time
to crawl through weblogs, and I still just don't see the value of
