1. c is procedure oriented & C++ is object oriented
   polymorphisim in c++ and not in c .
      
    
 
2  NOT POSSIBLE TO .write code to implement polymorphism, inheritance and encapsulation in C language, ONLY IN C++ .
3. --i dont know 
 
4. it is used to abstract few columns .. whic are only required from the database...
