hi ,  why dont u try with SUBMIT  OR CALL TRNSACTION

CALL SCREEN <screen no>  is only used for from one screen to another screen but not from one program to another program.
 
first field program is SPAMV45A --number is 4035 
second field program is SAPLZV45 --number is 1200
