Hi, If you are using the smart form , use function module Step 1 : convert to OTF Step 2 : to PDF and save it to  temp directory Step 3 : attach it to the mail If you are using the script,then use the spool to pdf and send the mail CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF Hope it helps..
