I will bring this information to the nemos-team for a discussion. The key point 
is whether we can remove nemos word or not.

Our PPA version naming rule should align with the Ubuntu archive version.
Ex. 3.18-bsp37.0-9+nemos~202311220931~ubuntu24.04.1 is changed to 
3.18-bsp37.0-0ubuntu9
