Basically I want to share clustered DB with 2 Spring application where *App1* is generating some data which should be used by *App2.* I have cluster of 4 instances and running *App1* successfully but could not start *App2. * Kindly suggest. is there anything wrong with quorum or do I need to initiate arbiter instance ?
