Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to associate two nodes to get a new one.
Explain: I try to modelize a graphdb that will prepresent some metabolic network. Two differents proteins can almagmate to create a new one. How can i modelize this? It can't just be a linear relation like p1 -links-> p2 -creates-> p3 because p2 can be linked with a lot of other protéine and the result have to be different every time. Sorry for my bad englsih.
