Hi Tero,

that's probably going to be difficult since, as you said, those lucene
configuration options aren't exposed as neo4j configuration options.

As long as you're trying out different configuration options, would it be
OK to modify source (LuceneDataSource is the place) and rebuild to try out
or would that be difficult for you?
