I am running with '-Xms1024m -Xmx2048m -XX:MaxPermSize=556m'.

On batch insertion, I did not proceed as I could not understand the
following.

I inspected how SDN created the spatial index and RTREE nodes and
references, If I have to simulate this, what node (properties) should I add
to the 'SpatialIndexImplementation' nodeIndex?

In my case, the 'Address' node has the spatial index 'Geocode'. So, the
node index name is 'Geocode'.
SInce RTREE Reference node has the node id of 'Address', I need to insert
Address nodes first, then add a 'Geocode' node with the following
properties -
'address node id'
'bbox'
'gtype'
'wkt'

Will this work?
Thanks
