I tried the following methods:

method 1: 

javac ./src/test/java/org/neo4j/batchimport/TestDataGenerator.java -d .

Method 2:

javac -classpath  /usr/share/java/junit.jar  ./src/test/java/org/neo4j/
batchimport/TestDataGenerator.java -d .


Error the same.

My junit.jar can be found on /usr/share/java/junit.jar      after installed 
junit
