I downloaded and installed the Neo4j distribution (2.0.3) and tried
out the server, using the browser interface.  It's very cool!

The Server Configuration page

talks about adjusting the configuration of the default server, but
that isn't quite what I'd like to do.  Instead, I'd like to set up
a second server instance (so as not to interfere with the one in
the distribution).

This seems like it should be a simple thing to do, but I don't see
any instructions on creating the needed directories, files, etc.
Can someone point me to an explicit HowTo?
