Can you check the graph.db directory if there exists a directory named
'upgrade_backup'? If yes, try upgrading after renaming/deleting it.

Besides this issue, I would recommend NOT to upgrade to 2.1.1 as there
seem to be more issues related to upgrading from a 2.0 version. Rather
wait for 2.1.2.
