Hello Federico, I come from an Oracle background: one database, many schemas. SQL Server has one server, many databases.
I've asked a similar question before (version 1.9 or 2) about NEO4J. If you are using the same server for NEO4J, I think that there needs to be separate executable directories, and different ports. Although with different labels (like schemas), available since version 2, I think you might be able to get multiple "databases" on one NEO4J server. Do test some prototypes.
