I meant labels of nodes. 

Say, I have crime data where each incident is labeled based on crime type. 
Here each incident is a node.

I want to find cliques in the graph of size-3,size-4, size-5 ...size-n such 
that each of the nodes in clique has different label (In above example, 
each node is a crime incident of different crime type)
