Hi,
We have evaluated four ways to design a social graph using Neo4j. These
designs are for processing interactive social networking actions such as
view a member profile, invite a member to be friends, count the distance
between two members of the social graph, and nine others. Visit
http://dblab.usc.edu/Users/papers/Neo4jTR.pdf for details. It provides
practitioners with insights into best practices given different mixes of
read and write actions using the BG benchmark. The source code of this
implementation is available at http://bgbenchmark.org for review and
download.
