I did a little more testing, it seems that at least there is some problem in my imported graph.db. I use the data-importer from the github site. But when I tried several versions of neo4j to view data in the web UI of neo4j. Specifically, neo4j 2.1.5 and 1.9.8 failed. Neo4j 1.8.3 succeed in starting the database, but in the webadmin, only one node is seen, which is incredible because store file takes more than 1 GB.
I followed the exact steps as described on the benchmark site in generating and importing the data. Any suggestions?
