Yeah, it’s still version a version 3. Lucene 4 has breaking changes to the 
query language, so upgrading would be a breaking change for us as well, because 
our legacy indexes expose writing Lucene queries. I think there are also some 
API changes that makes it a non-trivial undertaking, but I’m not familiar with 
the details of that.
