Hi Per, sorry for the delay, we think this happened due to the too little time windows gives Neo4j to shut down and so it kind of crashes the service.
Our engineers think that this concrete issue is related to a cause that is fixed with this commit: https://github.com/neo4j/neo4j/commit/e6b6e7cfd6c6f0ff8b1d02f1ece10d9694e7e6ad This fix willb e in 2.1.6 Thanks again for sharing your database with us.
