I finally got around to creating a Chocolatey package for Neo4j. There is
an install for 2.1.6 Community Edition and 2.2.0-M02 beta Community Edition.

For those that are unfamiliar with Chocolatey;
Chocolatey is a packager manager for Windows, like apt-get. (
https://chocolatey.org/)

* There is one outstanding issue with my packages. They must have Java
installed prior to the Neo installation. I'm working with the Java JDK
package maintainer to clean up their package (it had been left dormant for
a while) and then I can use that as a dependency for Neo4j

The chocolatey packages are at;
https://chocolatey.org/packages/neo4j-community/2.1.6

https://chocolatey.org/packages/neo4j-community/2.2.0-M02-beta

The source and issues register etc. for my packages are at;
https://github.com/glennsarti/neo4j-community-chocolatey

Please feel free to leave feedback on the chocolatey package or via the
issues list on Github.

Thanks,
  Glenn.
