the AWS setup can work & scale, but there's config work that will add 
overhead to your project.   If you're running Neo4j embedded 
<http://neo4j.com/docs/stable/tutorials-java-embedded-setup.html>, then it 
might be worth it.

You might also look at http://www.graphstory.com (full disclosure: I work 
there).  The free trial account includes Neo4j Ent.  We've also got add-on 
for Heroku - https://addons.heroku.com/graphstory
