Do you have an idea which (transitive) dependencies caused the problem
before you managed to fix it?

And I think you don't need the neo4j-graph-collections-0.6-neo4j-1.9.jar
anymore as all classes necessary for recent spatial versions were moved
into spatial itself some time ago.
