Hi Joe,

did you 

create index on :Printing(Name) ?

try to use:

> match (c:Card)
match (p:Printing {Name:c.Name})
> 
> merge (p)-[:PRINTING_OF]->(c)


which should use index lookups to find the printing(s) for each card.
