Can you share the output of "PROFILE MATCH ..."

Do you have an index on :City(name) ?

Also returning 5000 full details to the browser takes some time to transfer the 
raw data depending on how much data you have stored for each.

If you have created the index, can you compare these queries:

> MATCH (n:City{name : 'hyderabad'})-[:CONTAINS]->(p:BusinessDetails) return 
> count(*);
> MATCH (n:City{name : 'hyderabad'})-[:CONTAINS]->(p:BusinessDetails) return 
> id(p);
