I solved the problem, with a simple restart of my machine! :) What is your OS? 
Have you built the jar or have you downloaded it? Are you sure that neo4j 
doesn't sync the plugin? Have you tried the command "curl 
http://localhost:7474/db/data"; with your cli? The result should be the 
installed plugins and other params...
