Hi Fernando, I think there were others that did this before, I actually just googled "import SNOMED CT ontology into Neo4J" and several papers and a repository came up:
https://github.com/pradeepvemulakonda/Snomed You can have a look at the papers yourself what people do with SNOMED in Neo4j. We'll see if we can publish an howto for a sensible import of the data in the future.
