I've recently started using neon to "GET" http pages, but I am having
a problem with the connection timeout. When I try to open a connection
to a not-responding host, it takes a lot of time for the connection
attempt to timeout (over more than a minute). I'd like the connection to
timeout a lot faster. The only thing I found is ne_set_read_timeout(),
but that does not seem to affect the connection timeout.
Is there a way to set the connection timeout to a lower value? I've
tried looking in the sources but couldn't find anything.
