OK, thanks, and sorry for the repeated round-trips - I have some
improvements to the error handling pending here which will make it
clearer what the exact failure is. This just means that neon was built
without GSSAPI support! Check the configure output on the box where
neon was built - it probably couldn't find the GSSAPI headers.

the weekend and revert back if issue persists.
