Hi, I am attempting to build subversion-1.3.2 (from official/release source tarball) on Sun Solaris 9, and am consistently getting the following warning when the ./configure script is configuring the included Neon 0.25.5 source inside the subversion source tree:
checking for struct tm.tm_gmtoff... no checking for struct tm.__tm_gmtoff... no configure: WARNING: no timezone handling in date parsing on this platform How critical is this warning to the correct operation of subversion? FWIW, all the subversion checks passed without a problem on this same system. The platform is Sun Solaris 9 (SPARC 64). The compiler is: [~/subversion-1.3.2]$ gcc -v Reading specs from /usr/local/lib/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.9/3.4.6/specs Configured with: ../configure -v --enable-languages=c,c++ --prefix=/usr/local --enable-shared --enable-threads=posix --disable-nls --enable-__cxa_atexit --with-as=/usr/ccs/bin/as --with-ld=/usr/ccs/bin/ld Thread model: posix gcc version 3.4.6 I am attaching the config.log, config.status, and the full output of the script command (to capture build output) from the subversion-1.3.2 build. Lastly, I get the same warning when I try building just the Neon-0.25.5 source separately from the official/release tarball. I am not subscribed to this list, so please CC: me on all replies. Thanks! __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Mail has the best spam protection around http://mail.yahoo.com
