There error seems to be here, but it's hard to say why. I'm not that familiar with the SSPI code, but AFAICT with SSPI this should only happen if the client thinks it has completed a (successful?) auth exchange, but then the server sends an additional challenge token. Can you get any logs out of the Squid server or is that outside your control?
