I never found a hand written data sheet before, but I do have quite a
few Ericsson tube boxes with the part number written on them, in
pencil.

I also have a few tubes (a couple of 6AF6 magic eyes) that have parts
with writing (in pencil) on them, inside the glass envelope.

These are some of the extra tid-bits of entertainment from the tube
days you won't nowadays.
