I want to buy it but I have absolutely no idea how to power it with
the 6 x 32 pin bits at the back, the seller doesn't either!
Does anybody know how to do it?
Short answer is that the diagram is right in the auction.
The modules needs the voltages shown, and the IC is driven with TTL
level on the Input pins to select the digit you want to display.
You can probably find a data-sheet for the 74141 online, and it is
equivalent to the Soviet IC used in the modules.
This is JUST the display, you do need a clock (or whatever) to decide
what numbers should be displayed.
