Hello folks, I have been digging through the NEONIXIE-L archive on Yahoo, and found this text from Peter J. Stonard, dated Jan 1, 2004 (message #15482): __________________________________________ "Greetings,
I just found a strange tube in my stash. I didn't find out anything about it since the last time it surfaced. Perhaps this enlighted body will know what it is? I only have one and don't want to cut it open or scrap the apint off (yet). The sides are painted black. The box flap has gone, only markings are on the tube. It looks 'military' to me. I took some PIX and put them here: Photo Albums > Mystery Tubes > NU124-6 The tube is marked by NU (National Union) and NU124-6. For size comparison I have a PIX of it next to an NL7009 mini Nixie. Comments Welcome, And Happy Nixie Year!" __________________________________________ Quote end. Sadly the album does not exist anymore in the yahoo group. His website (www.stonard.com) is down, too, and archive.org does not have his Neonixie-folder archived. (stonard.com/neonixie/). So I am hoping that one of you has saved these images back then. Do I have luck? Many thanks in advance, Jens -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "neonixie-l" group.
