I would expect it to be a 7AGP19, since that's a standard JEDEC part
number. The number you gave doesn't make sense.
That would be a cathode ray tube, 7" face diameter, P19 phosphor which
is rather unusual military phosphor, probably radar.
The type was registered in june of 1957 by Dumont. 22 Pin base.
P19 is and Orange Orange VERY Long persistance phosphor. SO it would
fit in with a nixie display after all. Dumont did warn that the P19 and
P12 screens can be permanantly damaged if the curent desnity is permited
to rise too high.
P12 is also orange orange but is only Long Persistence.
The tube is intended for displays requiring a high degree of accuracy.
It also has grey glass to improve contrast. (Sounds like a radar
Display to me) The tube is only 18 7/8 inches long which is not bad
for a 7 inch electrostatic CRT.
The original Dumont sheet is part of the TCA tube data base available
from the TCA.
