I have a few dekatrons marked GS10C (and GS10C/S), that have the
rounded glass dome of a 6476, instead of the flattened glass face of
Ericsson (& Hivac) tubes. They are probably really re-stamped 6476s
from Sylvania or Raytheon. Another possibility is the Philips (also
Amperex, Mullard, Valvo branded) Z502S. I'll have to dig around my
stash and come up with one. This tube also has the "duo-decal plus
one" base. Its been a long time since I looked at it, so I don't
remember if it has a rounded face or a flattened one.
