Hi I did the posts about the Extruded Aluminum Air Cylinders that would
make good industrial futuristic clock cases. I sold the one to one of
the group members and he is real happy with it. I have 2 more complete
units and a Center extrusion only. I have 4 end caps 2 that are solid and
2 that have the hole for the piston rod. To make a symetrical case I
would put one togther with 2 solid endcaps and the other together with the
endcaps with the holes. (I also cut off 2 piston rod sections to put in
the holes if wanted. The case could be mounted on a support from the rods
and could pivot around its axis.) I would like to offer these to the group
first come first served. I would like to get $20 for each of the complete
cylinders with the end caps +postage cost. Shipping weight is about 5
pounds. (I would say too expensive to ship out of the US. The center
extrusion (finish has some nicks and scratches) only, you add covers would
be $5.00 + postage (2 pounds?) ID is 63mm 2.5 inches Stroke was 90mm but
center section measures about 5.5 inches say 5.25 inches interior space
between end caps when installed. If interested contact me off list.
Paypal accepted other options can be worked out.
