Always good to squirrel things away, unless you do it too much. About 15 years ago, I was walking towards Cal Tech (Yes, THAT Cal Tech. No, I'm not an alum, but a former boss is), and I came across a very obese squirrel. So fat, that it had the damnest time getting out of my way. The only reason a hawk hadn't turned it into a meal was probably that its was too heavy to haul away. Cats probably mistook it for another cat. And the people are pretty good about leashing their dogs there, so they didn't get the opportunity. I hear, our North American gray squirrels are displacing the smaller red squirrels over there in Europe. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "neonixie-l" group.
